Salesforce.com, the technology and market leader in on-demand customer relationship management (CRM), announced the availability of a set of Best Practices for AppExchange podcasts.More than 70 podcast sessions, including presentations by CEO Marc Benioff and case studies by Expedia and Eviance, are already available with more content to be added on a monthly basis. The Christian Science Monitor has been producing a series of podcasts which tackles tough ethical issues about socially-responsible investing.
